How We Work
Schilling Construction Inc. is led by owner Doug Schilling, who has been licensed in Hawaii since 1982 and serves as the company’s Responsible Managing Employee (RME). His decades of experience guide the firm’s approach to planning, construction, and quality execution.
Working alongside Doug is Cory Anderson, Construction Manager, who oversees day-to-day operations and coordination throughout each project. Together, they lead a team committed to clear communication, careful planning, and building homes that are well-suited to Hawaii’s unique environment.
As a fully licensed and insured general contracting company, Schilling Construction is familiar with local subdivision, county, and state requirements and procedures. That experience allows the team to navigate regulations efficiently while building responsibly and thoughtfully within the islands.
